Welcome to XSEL, an Elementary Behavior Intervention Program. The program focuses on Social Emotional Learning (SEL) for students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The program's name, pronounced "excel" and logo of a whimsical look which incorporates a directional arrow off the “X” in the name and a hot air balloon rising above the clouds, identifies the unique mission of XSEL. Focusing on Social Emotional Learning (SEL). The goal of our program is to help students by identifying social and emotional triggers, teaching the student to self-regulate and overcome behavioral challenges. The XSEL Team looks forward to working with students and their families to help students reach both academic and behavioral success through expectations for students to be Safe, Eager and Loyal. The program is built on the principals of applied behavior analysis (ABA), positive student-teacher relationships, and parent involvement.

As we embark on a new academic journey in the 2024-2025 school year, I am thrilled to extend a warm welcome to each one of you. It's with great excitement and anticipation that we reunite, ready to embrace the challenges and triumphs that lie ahead.

To our returning students, welcome back! Your presence brings life and energy to our program, and we're eager to continue nurturing your growth, curiosity, and passion for learning.  We're honored to have you as part of the XSEL family and are committed to supporting your academic and social emotional progress every step of the way.

To the dedicated parents and guardians, thank you for entrusting us with the education and well-being of your children. Your partnership is invaluable, and together, we will create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

And to our esteemed faculty and staff, welcome back! Your unwavering dedication and expertise are the backbone of our program. Your commitment to excellence inspires us all, and I'm confident that, together, we'll continue to cultivate an environment of academic excellence, creativity, and compassion.
