The Ready to Work (R2W) career readiness assessment is administered to all 3rd year high school students in the spring. R2W measures Applied Mathematics, Reading for Information, Locating Information and soft skills including problem solving, goal setting, decision-making, and self-direction. Based on their overall performance on the R2W, students are eligible to earn an important Career Readiness credential. Career Readiness Certificates for eligible students are awarded at the Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze levels.
