IGP Meetings - SAHS parents and students. Each year, parents and students have an opportunity to meet one on one with their school counselor during the IGP to discuss progress towards graduation and to select the courses they want to take the following school year. The school master schedule is driven by these course requests; therefore, there is very little room to make schedule changes after the IGP process is complete and student requests are processed. Schedule change requests will only be considered for the following reasons: the student already has the credit, the student failed a course and needs to retake the credit, a student needs to level up or down, a student needs a class to graduate, or a student in a summer virtual course. If you would like to discuss a schedule change based on one of those 6 reasons, please go to the SAHS web page and click on the link to submit your request based on your alphabet. Forms for schedule change request considerations must be submitted by July 11.
