Class of 2024 Transcripts - As you prepare for graduation, it's essential to ensure that all necessary documents are sent promptly to your respective colleges and universities.
For all Seniors heading to either a 2-year or 4-year college, as well as those pursuing collegiate sports, sending your transcripts is a critical step. To accomplish this, we will be utilizing Parchment.com.
If you already have an account with Parchment.com and have previously sent a transcript, you will need to order a new transcript to be sent to your college and select the "Hold for Grades" option. Please note that we will not process any transcripts for upload to Parchment until June 15th, as mandated by state regulations. Athletes, it's imperative to send your transcript both to your college and to the NCAA if your institution is affiliated with them. NAIA athlete transcripts have been uploaded. Should you require assistance, a comprehensive guide can be found here:
Please ensure that your email address registered with Parchment.com is your personal one, rather than your school email.
For those who do not have a Parchment.com account but need to send a final transcript, you can find a detailed walkthrough of the entire process here: .
Dual Enrollment Students: If you participated in dual enrollment and are transitioning to college, you must send both your high school and college transcripts. This can also be done through Parchment.com. USC Aiken and Aiken Tech utilize this platform for transcript submissions. There are associated costs with sending these transcripts. Similar to adding Aiken High as a school in Parchment, you will add your college and proceed to order your transcript. Remember, sending the official dual enrollment college transcript to your attending college is crucial for receiving credits.

AP Credits: For AP Scores, you will utilize your College Board account to send them to your college or university. Please be aware of the June 20th deadline for sending scores. Here's the link for instructions on sending AP Scores: .
